The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. In this registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. i3D Digital Media S.L. is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that may cause, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.

 

RETURNS 

There are several scenarios in which a user may exercise his right to return a product. The first is because it is defective.

The second is that the specifications of the chosen product do not match its description due to a typographical error.

In addition, Spanish law provides for a 14-day trial period in which the user can return a product if it does not meet his or her expectations.

  • How to make a return?

You can return your order by sending an email to the contact address indicating the reason for the return. You will then receive an email with the label for the collection of the package. After receipt of the goods, the return will be effective within 2-10 days after receipt of the order, depending on the method of payment.

 

RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

i3D Digital Media S.L. reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who do not comply with the General Conditions of Use.

 

GENERAL

i3D Digital Media S.L. will pursue the breach of the conditions as well as any improper use of its portal exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between the user and i3D Digital Media S.L. shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and the courts of the town of Almería shall be competent to decide on any dispute that may arise between the user and i3D Digital Media S.L..
